Terms

Terms of Service

The short version: this website is for information and booking. Your actual care is governed by the consent documents you sign at intake, not by this page.

What this website is

This website describes the services of Coast to Coast Health Group, LLC, an Oregon telehealth psychiatric practice, and lets you request an appointment. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Content on this website is general information, not medical advice, and reading it does not make you a patient or create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you complete intake and are accepted into care. Nothing here should be used to diagnose or treat any condition, or to start, stop, or change any medication.

Not for emergencies

This website and our practice are not emergency services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911 now. Do not wait for a response through this website.

Your care is governed by your consent documents

If you become a patient, the terms of your clinical care (telehealth consent, treatment consent, privacy practices, financial policy) are set out in the documents you review and sign at intake through our patient portal. If anything on this website conflicts with those documents, the signed documents control.

Who we can treat

Services are available to patients who are physically located in Oregon at the time of each visit. This is a legal requirement of telehealth practice, not a preference.

Site content and ownership

The content of this website belongs to Coast to Coast Health Group, LLC. You're welcome to link to it or share it; please don't republish it as your own. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be current, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we aren't liable for decisions made based on website content alone.

Changes

We may update these terms as the practice grows. The date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
