Your health information (HIPAA)

Coast to Coast Health Group, LLC is a HIPAA-covered entity. The health information you share with your provider is protected by federal law. Our full Notice of Privacy Practices describes how we use and disclose your health information and the rights you have over it. It is posted on this website, provided at your first appointment, and available on request.

Website information

This website is for general information only. We don't hold appointments, store medical records, or take payments here.

Whether you reach us by phone, fax, email, or the patient portal, the channel meets HIPAA privacy requirements.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or social media tracking pixels.

This website does not run analytics software. We do not count or record your visits to individual pages, and no third-party analytics service receives information about the pages you view here.

Forms and contact information

If you use a booking or contact form linked from this website, or call our practice number, the information you provide (name, phone number, reason for contact) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule care. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose other than responding to you.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Coast to Coast Health Group related to appointments and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the practice. Each handles data according to its own privacy policy and, where applicable, under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by HIPAA:

• SimplePractice: practice management, scheduling, telehealth, billing, patient portal (BAA in place).
• iPlum: HIPAA-compliant business phone and text messaging (BAA in place).
• Microsoft 365: business email and calendar (BAA in place).

Your rights

Under HIPAA, you have the right to access your health information, request corrections, request restrictions on certain uses, receive an accounting of disclosures, and file a complaint if you believe your privacy has been violated. Full details are in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
