When you're ready, booking is simple
Your first visit is 60 minutes, $400. No referral needed. Meredith sees patients across all of Oregon via telehealth.
We are out-of-network with all insurance plans and are not able to see Medicare or Medicaid (Oregon Health Plan, or OHP) members. You have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of your costs before your visit.
What happens after you request
- Meredith reviews your request and confirms within one business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your intake forms online, from home, on your schedule.
- At your appointment time, you'll join a secure video visit from anywhere in Oregon.
Oregon telehealth practice. Patients must be physically located in Oregon at the time of each visit. Appointments are conducted via secure video; in certain circumstances a face-to-face visit may be necessary.
