Meredith Galvin provides unhurried psychiatric care built around the person in front of her. Before she became a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), she spent thirteen years in social work and ten years in psychiatric nursing, including work as a charge nurse, conducting emergency psychiatric assessments at Duke Regional Hospital, and providing home health care. That background is why she pays attention to your history, stress, relationships, and daily life.
